Estas son las cosas que hacen a Lync un producto excepcional, la cantidad de apps que se puede hacer para hacerlo todavía más pontente. Hoy mismo un compañero (http://lyncrd.com) me ha preguntado si conocía alguna forma de autenticar a los usuarios antes de que pudiesen hacer una llamada de Voz, y mi respuesta es ….NOOOOOO LA CONOZCO!!! Casi nunca digo que no existe, porque seguro que "buceando" (navegar es poco efectivo para esto) un poco se encuentre algo, y efectivamente lo ha encontrado!!!

Conocer la respuesta elegida en el IVR por el usuario que nos llama (cliente Skype4B)
abril 1st, 2015 | Posted by in skype for business - (0 Comments)Seguramente no sea lo más recomendable, pero llevo varios días utilizando el cliente de Skype For Business en producción y me está gustando mucho. Hoy mismo me he encontrado que si un usuario que pertenece a un grupo de agentes que reciben llamadas de la PSTN a través del IVR, desde el cliente podemos saber que opción ha elegido el usuario que ha llamado. Como os muestro en la siguiente captura, vemos el texto del mensaje de bienvenida puesto en nuestro grupo de Respuesta y la opción que ha elegido el usuario que nos llama. Además, tanto si el usuario ha pulsado el número o ha dicho el nombre de la opción deseada:
- El usuario ha comentado de viva voz el nombre de la opción deseada
- El usuario ha marcado el número de la opción deseada
Me parece una novedad muy interesante, por lo menos sabrás que opción ha elegido el usuario que te ha llamado. Sobre todo, si pertences a varios grupos de respuesta, por lo menos sabrás al momento por donde ha entrada la llamada.
Seguro que habrá muchísimas más novedades con la versión final del cliente de Skype4B (Skype For Business) y la versión de servidor (que todavía no ha salido ni en preview) la cual estamos esperando con mucha ilusión!!!

Por defecto el cliente se mostrará por defecto en base a la versión de servidor de Lync o Skype For Business:

Si queremos establecer como interface la de Skype For Business o de Lync, debemos establecer el parámetro EnableSkypeUI a True (Skype For Business) o False (Lync). Por defecto no tenemos ningún valor establecido y si el servidor es el Lync 2013 (que es lo que tenemos disponible), el cliente Lync se conectará con la interface de Lync. Si queremos verificar previamente el valor que tenemos en la opción EnableSkypeUI lo comprobamos con el siguiente cmdlet:
Get-CsClientPolicy -Identity <Nombre_Politica> | fl EnableSkypeUI
Ahora bien, si queremos que los usuarios tengan el cliente de Skype For Business, tenemos que establecer el valor de EnableSkypeUI a True:
Set-CsClientPolicy -Identity <Nombre_Politica> -EnableSkypeUI $True
Si queremos volver al entorno de Lync, tenemos que establecer el valor de EnableSkypeUI a $False, aquí os muestro el ejemplo de ambos valores establecidos en la política que se aplica a dicho usuario:
