Microsoft ha hecho publico su update mas fuerte desde que lanzo el producto Lync Server 2010, se trata de esta actualización que repara fallos y da mejoras a la plataforma, durante y post instalación de los updates debemos tomar en cuenta:

• Realizar un respaldo de la topología de nuestro servidor Lync
• Realizar un respaldo de nuestra base de datos de contactos de Lync
• Realizar un respaldo de nuestro servidor Windows Server 2008
• Recordar que los updates cambiaran parámetros en nuestras llaves de registro de Windows, especialmente en el nuestro servidor Front End
• Luego de la instalación de los updates se requiere reiniciar el servidor, no basta con reiniciar los servicios de Lync.
