Failure to remember the EdgeSight Administrator user there is a way to remind the user.

The procedure goes through a simple SQL query.

Select value from config where name = ‘SupportEmailID’

The query result shows the Admin user defined for EdgeSight.

There is another problem, this also comes when the user, we do not remember the password for EdgeSight.

Recovered administration account (according to previous procedure), perform the «Forgot Password» which requested the Administrator account and send an email to the address retrieved with passwd access.
